To enroll in Washington Spartan Virtual Academy (WA-SVA), students must meet specific state and program requirements. Eligibility is determined by Washington state laws and district policies. Before applying, carefully review the following requirements to ensure your student qualifies for enrollment.

• Residency Requirement: Students must reside in Washington state.

• Enrollment Status: Students cannot be concurrently enrolled in another publicly funded school. Upon acceptance, families must withdraw from their previous school.

• Disciplinary Status: WA-SVA only accepts students who are currently suspended or expelled from their local school or district under special circumstances. Contact WA-SVA for decisions based on your case.
